The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. Also blackflame tornado can be insane on twinblade once you find it. I found myself really well with Eleonora's at +10.It does not help your Eleonora's Poleblade though Arcane is 20. So the bleed build-up and overall damage of your Elenora's Poleblade is subpar period. As for your incantations, scale them down. There's no way you're using them all in a fight. Also, Death Lightning is pretty worthless in PvE.
