Dune has a similar space opera with hand to hand combat scenes. Rage of Dragons has the angry POV character from the lower caste rising up against the higher caste. Really all I can think of. Rage of Dragons is just action, action, action. Non stop swordfighting.Its a smaller scale but similar feel. Also if you liked RSR you probably will enjoy much of the ryan books. Especially Hunt For Red October (its quite different from the film). If you like that try the rest if the ryan books, which are best read in order. IMO the pinnacle of the series is Debt of Honor and Executive Orders.It's difficult to translate everything from the novels into comics. Maybe check out Remender's Uncanny X-Force. Or even go with the X-Force before that, vol. 3 by Kyle & Yost. Invincible. Thor by Jason Aaron. Excellent series, probably one of my favorites.
