ButcherBox has more beef and chicken options, while Good Chop carries more seafood options. ButcherBox has custom and curated boxes, while Good Chop was two sizes for custom boxes.It’s about $10 a lb and when 2 lbs of that goes to ground beef it’s hard to make up the value elsewhere. We try to get higher value selections like tri-tip, rib eye, and salmon. My SO and I have had it for about a year. I believe we just have the base option and think we get a box once every 3 months or so.

I tried it thinking I'd be blown away by the quality. What I found was it was just a slick website and the packaging an environmental disaster. The shipping is good but customer service is not.'
